Process

From questionnaire to launch, in writing.

A clear, five-step process. You see every page on a private preview link before anything goes live.

01

Deposit

You approve the quote and pay the deposit to reserve your build slot.

02

Questionnaire

You fill in one questionnaire: licenses, services, projects, safety figures you want to show, photos and open roles.

03

Staging build

We build the site on a private preview link and draft the copy from your answers.

04

Revisions

You send changes in writing. When you approve, you pay the balance.

05

Launch

We launch the site on your domain and the monthly plan starts.

What we need from you

Your part of the work.

The faster we get these, the faster you launch.

  • Company name, logo and service area
  • State license types and numbers
  • The scopes you self-perform
  • Projects you want to show, with photos
  • Safety figures you are comfortable publishing
  • Open roles, if you are hiring
  • A domain registered in your company’s name

FAQ

Questions about the process.

Everything happens by email, so answers are on record.

Do we need to talk on the phone?

No. We work in writing only. Every decision and change is in email, which keeps things clear for both sides.

How long does it take?

It depends mostly on how quickly we get your questionnaire and photos. We give you a target date with the quote.

Where can I see the work in progress?

On a private preview link. The site is not public until you approve it.

What if I don’t have good photos?

Tell us in the questionnaire. We will suggest what to shoot on your next job and use clean placeholders until then.

Who registers the domain?

You do, in your company’s name. We help you connect it at launch.

Can I host the site somewhere else?

Yes. We recommend our monthly plan, but we can launch on a host you choose.
